SDCC 2026: Reacher Season 4’s Official Trailer and Neagley Teaser Trailer are out.

At San Diego Comic-Con, the Reacher Season 4 Official Trailer and Neagley Season 1 Official Teaser Trailer have been announced on Amazon Prime Video. Produced by Paramount Television Studios and Amazon MGM Studios, the series has also been confirmed for Reacher Season 5. Yes! Alan Ritchson is returning as Jack Reacher, once again stepping into the world of Jack Reacher.

That same weekend at SDCC 2026, the new Ghost Rider, Ryan Gosling, was also announced.

Season 4 of Reacher adopts Lee Child’s novel Gone Tomorrow. Gone Tomorrow is the thirteenth novel in the Jack Reacher series written by Lee Child. It was published on 23 April 2009 in the UK and 19 May 2009 in the US.

On the other hand, Negley (Season 1) is a brand-new spin-off series. It focuses entirely on Reacher’s fan-favorite former Army 110th Special Investigations Unit military teammate and corporate investigator, Frances Neagley (played by Maria Sten). The plot follows her solving a personal mystery in Chicago after a close friend is killed. Jack Reacher will only appear as a guest character in this show.

Gone Tomorrow Round Up (Reacher Season 4 made upon)

As the book goes, so many bodies and characters are involved, like the eagle-eyed Federal Intelligence Units, the FBI, and NYPD Counter-Terrorism units, create immediate local friction for Reacher’s flow, Foreign Operatives acts as an outside threat seeking leverage against the US; shadow military factions like Black-budget contractors and legacy handlers are also trying to solve the schedule.

The U.S. government and the Department of Defense (DoD) are working to protect dark secrets from their country’s past. The Politician U.S. Senator John Sampson (Marc Blucas) is one of the key people helping to keep those secrets hidden. Together, Sampson, the DoD, and other federal agencies are focused on covering up the truth rather than exposing it.

The character development of Reacher is quite guilt-driven, because Reacher blames himself for the initial passenger’s suicide because he deployed his military “suicide bomber profile” tactics on an innocent woman. This guilt fuels an uncharacteristically emotional obsession.

As seen throughout Seasons 1–3, Reacher’s core personality is defined by his unwavering commitment to protecting innocent people who are crushed by powerful individuals and corrupt authorities. Much like in Lee Child’s novels, he refuses to accept the moral gray areas of modern politics and corruption. Instead, Reacher stands as a mythic figure who delivers absolute, uncompromising justice whenever the system fails.

Now let’s talk about the dates and formats on Amazon Prime Video; the platform uses two completely different release formats for each show:

Reacher (Season 4) — The Weekly Format

  • August 12, 2026: We get the first 3 episodes all at once.
  • August 19 to September 9: Prime Video will release 1 new episode every Wednesday.
  • September 16, 2026: The 8th and final episode (the season finale) drops.

Neagley (Season 1) — The Binge Format

  • September 16, 2026: Following the Reacher Season 4 finale, Prime Video will drop all 8 episodes of Neagley at the exact same time on a single day. You can binge-watch her entire standalone story immediately

One of the best shows on Prime Video, according to its streaming statistics. All seasons of this series have performed so well, and Gen Z is really enjoying it; by the way, I am! Also waiting a while for season 4 because I personally like Reacher’s personality. He is Sharp, strong, and disciplined.
